There was an interesting networking opportunity preceding the showing of the classic 1985 film My Beautiful Laundrette. Many organisations had put a lot of effort into creating an interesting display in the foyer and upstairs at the Artrix. Display tables were staffed by the West Mercia Police positive action outreach team, Bromsgrove library, the fire service, the Bromsgrove Council diversity team and the Gender Trust, to name but a few, advertising their resources and inclusivity.
