Could someone please shed a bit of light on the subject of the pathway that runs alongside Norbury House in Droitwich? I was speaking to a friend the other day and she mentioned that she walked that way with a shopping trolley and a resident stopped her and informed her she shouldn't be walking that way with it, as the residents had paid a substantial amount of money to have the pathway repaved and they did not want it ruined as it was a private pathway.
My friends replied that if that was the case then why was there no gates at both entrances to stop the public walking that way, the reply was that will be the next step. As a lifelong Droitwich resident I have always thought that this path was a public right of way for all to use? K Bradley, Droitwich
