HAVING attended the Remembrance parade at Victoria Square, Droitwich, over the years I have noticed that year on year the number of people attending has increased, which is a good thing.
However, the square is now so congested that it has become almost impossible to witness the pomp and ceremony of the occasion.
May I suggest that the powers that be look at borrowing a large video screen for next year so as to enable people to see the laying of the wreaths. We have the technology so let’s use it.
