Staff and students at Worcester Sixth Form College have been supporting the very first Mission Christmas.
The campaign launched by Free Radio’s Cash for Kids aims to support children who are living in poverty across the West Midlands.
The College’s Student Services department has been inundated with gift donations which will continue into next week before being taken to the local B&M store.
The Mission Christmas effort culminated in a Christmas Jumper day and cake sale which has raised an additional £214.93.
This will be donated towards buying more gifts which it is hoped will make a difference to the children in the local area on Christmas Day.
