A PERSON was rescued by firefighters after unattended cooking sparked a blaze in Worcester.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue service were called to the scene in Spring Hill, Worcester at about 9pm this evening (Friday, September 22) following reports of a burning smell.
Firefighters gained access gained to property and used positive pressure ventilation (PPV) to clear the smoke.
They said the smoke was caused by unattended cooking.
