Police hunt arsonist after attack on car
POLICE are hunting a suspected arsonist after a botched attempt to set a car alight.
The car, a grey Saab, was near to junction 7 southbound exit of the M5 motorway at Whittington.
Police were called to reports of a potential car fire at 4.28pm on Friday.
Officers who attended believe someone had attempted to set the car on fire, but was not successful.
Any witnesses, or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area, should call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident 564S of July 21.
