POLICE are appealing for information after a burglar stole the keys to a car – before driving off in the vehicle.
The burglary took place at a property in Cannon Street, Worcester, on Saturday, March 18.
During the evening, the offender entered the property and took the keys to the blue Audi S3, registration number VE16 VZW.
The burglar then drove off in the stolen vehicle, which police say has a 'distinctive appearance' and contained a laptop and iPhone.
A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "It is suspected the vehicle may be parked up in a street or communal car park and may be displaying a different registration.
"The public are requested to report any such vehicle that may be parked in such areas."
