A 28-YEAR-OLD woman has been taken to hospital after she was knocked off her bike by a car.
The incident happened at around 7.28am today at the roundabout connecting Hastings Drive with Woodgreen Drive.
The woman is believed to have hit the Silver Mazda convertible's windscreen, leaving the man behind the wheel in shock.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent two ambulances to the scene and took the cyclist to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
Helen Mullen wrote on Facebook: "I saw this this morning as I got on the bus. I'm hoping the lady is okay as it looked serious."
Police also attended and reopened the road at 8.20am.
