THERE is just one month to go until St Richard's Hospice holds its much-anticipated annual Snowdrop Ball.

The glamorous event will be held on Saturday, November 26, at Worcester's Sixways stadium and will help to raise vital funds for the hospice.

Guests will be treated to a three course meal, before enjoying live music from local band Killerstream and dancing the night away at a disco.

There will also be a raffle and auction, while party-goers can try their luck at the St Richard's Casino.

Rachel Jones, fundraising manager at St Richard’s Hospice, said: "The Snowdrop Ball is always a fabulous night and it's so lovely for everyone to have an occasion to get dressed up.

"Many of our guests return every year and I believe that's because it's a great celebratory night in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

"We are looking forward to welcoming old and new supporters to join in the party and to help raise in excess of £20,000 on the night to support our care for patients and families."

"We are very grateful to Britannia Bennetts of Malvern and Gemini ARC who are sponsoring the event and helping start our festive season with a bang! We would also like to thank everyone who has donated items for the auction and raffle."

Tickets are still available for the evening, which starts at 7pm.
