A SCHOOL in Great Witley will celebrate its 100th anniversary this year.
Abberley Hall School has a range of celebrations planned for the upcoming year.
The calendar of landmark events kicks off with a thanksgiving service in Worcester Cathedral on Saturday, September 24, with other major events of centenary including a grand Christmas ball, a spring concert and a musical finale evening next summer.
Will Lockett, headmaster at Abberley Hall, said: "We will be hosting a range of celebrations and initiatives throughout the centenary year and the whole school community, past and present, will be warmly welcomed.
Abberley Hall’s first official alumni network has been launched and everyone with a personal connection to the school is encouraged to get in touch through the new alumni website - abberleyhall.co.uk/alumni.
Founded in 1916, the school now educates around 300 children aged from two to 13.
