DANCERS from Nunnery Wood High School were chosen to perform at Worcestershire Dancing Festival.
The festival, which was held on Tuesday, July 5 at the Artrix Theatre in Bromsgrove, sees dance groups from across Worcestershire perform their work.
Hollie Sharpe, dance teacher said: “Nunnery Wood performed with a great level of energy, commitment and dedication to their role within the piece.
"Sophie Peach deserves a special mention as she performed with the utmost professionalism.”
The piece, The Hanging Tree, was based on the Hunger Games books and recent films and was created by Carla Maloney, Zia Fikados, Molly Dunn and Emma Fradgley, year 11 Arts Award GCSE Dance pupils who designed their piece for their Silver Arts Award qualification.
