AS part of the celebrations of the 10th Worcester Motor Festival a competition is being run to win tickets for a music festival near Evesham.

On Saturday, May 14, the streets of Worcester will be filled with more than 100 rare historic vehicles, a selection of special race cars and latest dealership cars.

Activities throughout the day range from a climbing wall at Cornmarket, free face painting and a colouring competition for children.

Worcester Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is getting involved by launching a competition in conjunction with the Motor Festival for visitors to win four weekend tickets for the Mello Festival - the event being held at Throckmorton Airfield on May Bank Holiday weekend.

To enter, visitors simply need to pop into the TIC, in the Guildhall, Worcester High Street, and answer a question about the city's transport.

Programmes for the Motor Festival will be available at the TIC, and children can enter their drawings for the Kids Colouring Competition there.

The TIC is also entering the festival's window dressing competition once again, creating a motor themed window.
