A LOVING home is desperately needed for a dog who has been at a rescue centre for seven months.

Staff at Danemere Kennels and Cattery say they cannot understand why noone has come forward to offer a home for "lovely" Bobby.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross was brought to the centre after his former owner began working longer hours.

Lotty Dale from Danemere said: "We are not quite sure why he is still here.

"We know Staffies aren't everyone's cup of tea but we can assure you you won't have a dull day with Bobby in your life.

"Bobby has so much love to give.

"He loves people, children and gets on well with other dogs but he does not like cats."

She added that seven-year-old Bobby was a bundle of energy and still needed lots of exercise.

Anyone who thinks they can give Bobby a home is asked to call the centre, which is in Tibberton near Droitwich, on 01905 345655.
