THERE has been a happy ending for a poorly pup who could hardly walk and needed a new home.

Ben was featured in your Worcester News after RSPCA Worcester and Mid-Worcestershire Branch appealed for a new owner for the west highland white terrier last month.

At the time, Ben could hardly walk as he had very sore feet and needed medication short term for his feet, eyes and ears.

Fortunately, after the appeal appeared online and on the paper's Facebook page a forever home was quickly found.

Ali Vinson said: "Update on our little rescue fella Ben - he's improved so much.

"His paws are better, he can now walk short distances, his eyes are clear and his ears are improving.

"He's a happy little sole and loves cuddles. He's almost grown his coat back too."
