AUTHOR and English tutor at Keble College, Oxford, Professor Diana Purkiss will give a talk on what life was like for ordinary men and women during the English Civil War at The Commandery in Sidbury from 7pm on Thursday, April 23.
The event arranged by the Battle of Worcester Society will also include a question and answer session and book signing.
Tickets £7, or £3 for students, available on the door or from the Comnmandery beforehand.
