A 42-year-old man from Wilkins Close, Highley, Bridgnorth, has been charged in connection with a fire at an apartment in Horsefair, Kidderminster, on November 27 last year.
Sandra Nowocinska, aged 22, died in Queen Elizabeth Hospital four days after being rescued from the fire. A five-year-old boy was injured in the fire but has now recovered.
Mark Moat was arrested shortly after the incident and was yesterday (Wednesday, February 25) charged with manslaughter and arson being reckless as to whether life of another would be endangered.
He was also charged with arson and threatening to cause criminal damage in relation to two separate incidents.
He will appear in court today.
