POLICE, fire and ambulance crews were called to reports of a man in the River Severn in Worcester yesterday.
The emergency services were called at 3.50pm to the river near Worcester Bridge, but the man was out of the river by the time crews arrived.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service posted a warning on Twitter following the incident, which read: "The river is deceivingly dangerous, especially at this time of year. Please be careful."
