RESIDENTS are being invited to a new two-day music and family festival being held at The Trico Stadium, home of Redditch United Football Club.
The event, on Saturday May 19 and 20, will feature live tribute acts and on-stage performances from local musicians, such as Stuart Woolfenden and Barclay's Blues Brothers.
There will also be a food village and a number of bars – offering everything from soft drinks to real ales, prosecco and Pimm’s.
As the festival is being hosted by Redditch United, it is only fitting that there will be a junior football tournament and a charity football game.
General manager, David Tittershill, said it was important to make sure there was something for everyone, of all ages.
“At Redditch United, we are always looking at ways that can bring the club and its community closer together. By introducing Reddfest, we feel it is the perfect way for everybody to come and enjoy a great weekend with the family.”
