A LUDLOW care home has improved its rating with the most important watchdogs of all – its residents.
Residents at Hagley Place care home are celebrating after it performed strongly in a nationwide survey of care home residents.
The results, show Hagley Place was given an overall performance rating score of 958 out of 1,000, and improvement of 80 points on last year’s score.
Now in its sixth year, the Your Care Rating survey claims to be the country’s largest and most authoritative survey of care home residents.
The nationwide survey gives residents a voice, putting their care at the heart of understanding more about how well care homes perform. Over 16,000 residents in 820 care homes across the UK took part.
Each care home was given an overall score based on residents’ feedback across four broad themes.
