THE 2nd Hagley and Old Hales Beer, Music and Street Food Festival will be held this Bank Holiday weekend.

Organisers hope this year's event running from May 26 to 28 at Old Halesonians RFC at Wassell Grove will be bigger and better than the first which was attended by nearly 5,000 people.

There'll be more than 100 real ales and ciders to try plus perry drinks, Pimm, Prosecco and wines to sip in the festival glam bar marquee.

The event will also include a gin and rum bar - plus food from every continent, a village tea and cake tent and a line up of live bands, artists and DJs over the weekend.

There will also be a raft of entertainment for children of all ages from craft workshops to circus skills, festival art painting and junk jam instrument making plus a giant fun fair.

An array of charities will also be highlighting their causes at the festival which will boast free onsite parking.

Tickets for the event are available online at www.hagleyoldhalesbeerfestival.com
