YOUNGSTERS from 1st Studley Beavers have been learning sign language as part of their Disability Awareness Badge.
The Beavers met Asia Shameen and Colin Eagleson from Sign Solutions, who introduced them to the British Sign Language (BSL) alphabet and some basic signs.
Ms Shameen also taught them how to sign the Beaver Promise.
She said: "It was great to teach the young Beavers, who were really excited to engage and communicate with a Deaf person for the first time.
"The Beavers were brilliant and really quick learners, it was nice to see young people so interested to learn."
