A NUMBER of sessions to help people living with Asperger syndrome will be held in Worcester.
Bespoke counselling groups, run by ASPIE, will work with adults living with Asperger to help improve mental health and wellbeing and to stop them turning to alcohol or drugs to help cope with the form of autism.
Sessions are currently running every Saturday for 24 weeks from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at 26 Sansome Walk.
Topics covered will be drug and alcohol awareness, anxiety and anger management and assertiveness training.
There is no charge for the sessions although donations towards refreshments are appreciated.
