The summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin makes the headlines in Tuesday’s papers, along with the Brexit latest and news that hosepipe bans could be in the offing.

The Times says Theresa May’s Brexit plan is in “turmoil” after the Prime Minister capitulated to concessions given to Leavers, leading to Remainers feeling hard done by.

The Daily Telegraph also reports the Chequers deal is “dead”, with Eurosceptics saying the Prime Minister will have to rethink her plans.

The Metro‘s headline “The Wreckers of Chequers” refers to Conservative hardliners who have “forced” the Prime Minister to change her Brexit plan.
