Great British stand-up returns to the Cookhouse Carvery this Easter.

Liverpool’s legendary Comedy Central is bringing another evening of uproarious stand-up to Prestatyn for its first show of 2018 featuring two returning faces, and one newcomer, to kick things off on Good Friday, March 30 .

Hosted once again by the prolific performer, BAFTA award winning comedian and radio compere Tudur Owen returns with his uniquely North Walian brand of humour and plenty of perfect timing to curate the evening's laughs.

Returning to headline another classic night of quality stand-up, 1998 finalist of the BBC New Comedy Awards and Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny Steve Harris is back after his two-night Christmas run in December.

Also coming back to the Cookhouse, English Comedian of the Year 2015 Brennan Reece is bringing his trademark tender - and hilarious - wit and childlike antics after his side-splitting visit in November.

Joining the Prestatyn veterans - and bringing a feminine touch to proceedings - is the warm and and engaging Manchester comic Hayley Ellis is a regular sight gag contributor for the Russell Howard’s Good News television programme and to XFM’s breakfast show.

Cookhouse Carvery’s 2018 comedy calendar kicks into gear at 9pm on Friday, March 30.

Tickets are £10, or £20 with a two-course pre-show meal at 7.30pm, and can be booked via liverpoolcomedycentral.co.uk or by calling 0845 0132257.
