DROITWICH Concert Club will open its landmark 40th season on Saturday, October 27.
The club will welcome the Rossetti Ensemble - three of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra's most distinguished instrumentalists - to Droitwich Spa Methodist Church, Worcester Road, at 7.30pm.
Flutist Marie-Christine Zupancic, violist Christopher Yates and harpist Robert Johnston will perform for town music lovers.
In addition there will be solo works including one for viola by J.S.Bach, and a performance of Debussy's hauntingly beautiful Syrinx for solo flute.
