RESIDENTS can now have their say on a new website which provides information about trading standards services.
It has information about a range of subjects from pub licensing to how to deal with noisy neighbors and what to do if you purchase a faulty television.
Surfers can even report a stray dog and find out about buying goods on line.
Joint committee chairman, councillor Marcus Hart said: “Worcestershire Regulatory Services was formed just over two years ago and at the time was one of the first projects of its kind in the country.
“We really have gone from success to success and I am delighted we are in a place to launch a website solely for the service.
“It is still a work in progress because we want to make sure we are providing the information which people need and in a format which is easy to use too.”
