Arts network preparing for festival

Members of Droitwich Arts Network are preparing for Salt Fest.
DROITWICH Spa Arts Network is preparing to play its part in the year’s Salt Fest event.
The annual celebration of the town’s heritage on September 15 and 16 will give members of the group the change to showcase their work.
Peter Hawkins, chairman of Droitwich Arts Network (DAN), said: “Droitwich Arts Network exists to share ideas and promote arts of all kinds in the Droitwich area and we are delighted to have the opportunity to support the festival this year.
“DAN members will be exhibiting their work and demonstrating their skills in and around St Andrew’s Church.
“Over the two days there will be an art exhibition in the Parish Centre with artists giving demonstrations and offering visitors a chance to have a go.”
