WORCESTERSHIRE County Council is asking residents to tell them what they think of the county's sexual health services after a new consultation launched.
The council's Joint Commissioning Unit, alongside Public Health, are working with Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust and other sexual health service providers to review sexual health services across the county.
Sexual health is not just about contraception and sexually transmitted infections.
Sexual health services range from specialist services for residents including Genitourinary Medicine, or GUM, clinics, young people's Time4U services, vasectomy services and psychosexual counselling, to pregnancy advisory services, the c-card scheme, Chlamydia screening and services provided in prisons.
The county council wants the views of residents and their experiences of what is good about sexual health services in Worcestershire and where improvements are needed.
The sexual health consultation runs until November 19. All residents have to do to take part is visit worcestershire.gov.uk/haveyoursay or obtain paper copies of the survey from a local sexual health clinic, library or Worcestershire hubs. All responses are anonymous.
