Flood alerts - driving advice for motorists

WITH more heavy rain forecast for later today, the Safer Roads Partnership in West Mercia is urging motorists to take care and exercise caution when driving this weekend.
The Environment Agency is advising people to remain vigilant and prepared for flooding.
The heaviest rain is forecast over the Midlands – including Worcestershire, tonight (Friday, July 13).
With the rain falling on already saturated ground, there is a risk of flooding from rivers and surface water flooding where rain overwhelms drainage systems.
