Fundraising event supports summer band concerts

DROITWICH Spa’s Area Forum for Older People held a fundraising event to support the town’s summer band concerts.
The group, which looks after the interests of elderly residents, hosted a coffee morning at Tea Cups Tea Room, Gurneys Lane, Droitwich, today.
Young musician Jack Solloway, from the Blue Monday Jazz Quartet, performed for visitors from 10am - noon.
All money raised from the event will go towards sponsoring a band to play at this year’s summer band concerts in Lido Park.
