A NEW musical evening is coming to Droitwich, courtesy of the Worcester Ukulele Club, which is hosting what it hopes will be a friendly event for everyone to take part in.
The Ukulele Playing Night is taking place at the Old Cock Inn in Droitwich and ukulele players of all levels are being invited to join in for a relaxed evening of ‘songs, smiles and strumming’.
Tony Robinson from Worcester Ukulele Club, said: “The ukulele has now become a popular instrument for all ages and we are hoping to attract anyone in the local area who has a ukulele to the evening - particularly anyone who is new to playing.
The evening is running from 7.30-9.30pm on Tuesday, October 13, with a small charge to cover room hire.
