A MAN is wanted for questioning in connection with a number of theft and assault offences in the Droitwich area.
West Mercia Police are trying to trace Phillip Byrne, pictured, who is 29 years old and from Droitwich.
Detective Inspector Stuart Murphy, of Worcester Proactive CID, said: "We need to speak to Mr Byrne urgently and are actively trying to locate him.
"He is believed to be in the Droitwich area.
"If anyone knows of his whereabouts we would ask that they get in touch please. Do not approach this man but contact the police immediately."
Anyone with information should contact the Worcester duty inspector on 101, quoting incident number 0665S 100315.
Information can also be passed on anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
