ADVISERS from the Citizens Advice Bureau will be in Droitwich Library on Wednesday to offer help to people wanting to reduce their energy bills as part of Big Energy Saving Week.

Volunteers from the South Worcestershire CAB will be offering free advice to help consumers cut their bills throughout the morning, telling them ways they can save money by switching tariffs or suppliers, or take up help to insulate their homes.

Glynis Langford, joint services manager for South Worcestershire, including Droitwich, said: “During Big Energy Saving Week we’ll be helping consumers to check, switch and insulate to bring their energy costs down. We’re keen to make sure that no-one pays a penny more than they need to on energy costs, so we’re helping people to find practical ways of cutting their energy bills.”

Consumers who can’t attend the library, can get help and advice online at bigenergysavingweek.org.uk.
