THE Mid-Worcestershire branch of the RSPCA is holding a special day to try and re-home cats in the Droitwich area.

The branch, based at Teme Acre Cattery, is running at full capacity, with no space left to take in more cats until new homes are found for some of its current guests.

People can come along to the re-homing day on Sunday, October 19 between 11.30am and 2pm at the cattery in Old Powick Bridge and find the perfect cat to take home. Visitors on the day will be able to meet staff, to get advice on how to look after their cat, and all of the cats have been neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.
