EMERGENCY services were called to a road traffic collision on the A38 in Rashwood, Droitwich, between the M5 junction 5 and Ford Lane this afternoon.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to the incident, which involved multiple vehicles, a fuel spillage, and two confirmed casualties, at 2.12pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police also attended the scene, between the Robin Hood pub and the Chateau Impney Hotel, where the vehicles were made safe.
The incident has been cleared and the A38 southbound re-opened at about 6pm, while the northbound side was re-opened at about 3.30pm.
