THIS Saturday Wychavon district councillor Tony Miller will be continuing with the council’s ‘meet your council’ visits in Lovett and North Claines, as he heads out to the Fernhill Heath ‘Fun on the Brum’ event.
Councillor Miller is keen to meet members of the public from his ward, and discuss any issues or ideas they might like to raise.
He said: “I have been working with all my parish councils who express their ideas for building a closer community. Our local industry is farming and I know our farmers feel they are sometimes forgotten and I believe it is my job to interact with local industry and the community to improve our environment and our facilities. These ‘Meet your Council’ events provide the perfect opportunity for local residents to make their views known and these views can then be introduced into the future growth of Wychavon.”
Coun Miller will be at the ‘Fun on the Brum’ event from 1pm on Saturday, July 26.
