MEMBERS of a gang responsible for a drugs operation at a house where Droitwich man Adrian Locke was killed have been jailed.
Eleven people have been sentenced to more than 53 years for being part of a conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine in Worcester, including their ringleader who used threats of violence and intimidation to run his operation, even while in prison.
Craig Wright, aged 29, of no fixed abode, has been jailed for eight years and eight months for his role in leading the drugs conspiracy.
He was also responsible for operation at 42a Teme Road, Tolladine, Worcester, the place where Adrian Locke, from Droitwich Spa, was murdered.
The group, including Wright's partner, was sentenced at the Queen Elizabeth law courts in Birmingham on Thursday, February 6.
His co-conspirators included Qamar Zaman, Abdul Rashid, Tina Brophy, Nicholas Clarke, Sanchez Hamilton, Chantelle MacDowall, Robert Tallis, Michael O'Dell, Aidan Collins, Calville Wiggins.
The offences ranged from being drug runners to money laundering the proceeds of drugs to using properties for drug dealing.
It is the result of a year-long investigation by West Mercia Police into the organised crime group, which was based mainly in Worcester but had contacts across the country.
