A COMMUNITY garden project is set to be launched at Droitwich's Westlands estate.
A large area of land at Farmer's Way has been earmarked for the scheme which will start later this year.
The West Midlands Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens will run the project to help encourage people living near the site to eat healthily and exercise more by growing their own produce.
Residents are now being invited to attend a meeting to help plan and discuss the new project. The event will take place at Westlands Community Centre at 7pm on Tuesday, February 4.
Anyone interested is asked to attend the meeting or call Keeley Thomas on 07908 912 357 for more details.
