A NEW scheme to encourage businesses to move to the town has been launched.
Droitwich Spa Business Forum officially unveiled a new company information pack at St Andrews Town Hotel on Monday, December 2.
The Droitwich Spa Business Pack is a combined effort with Wychavon District Council and the Droitwich Spa Area Partnership.
The pack aims is encourage businesses to move to or set up business in the town. It provides a profile of the town and sets out the benefits of basing a firm in the area.
Besides a printed version, the pack is also available at droitwichspa.com in downloadable form. Most modern businesses in the country and abroad source their information from the internet and it has already been favourably viewed by the business community in the twin town of Voiron in France.
The ambitious initiative has been months in preparation and is being launched to promote the town and its businesses for the new year.
