WORCESTERSHIRE County Council did its bit to support Armed Forces Day by flying the flag from County Hall.
Yesterday's event offered an opportunity for people to show their support and appreciation for the armed forces and their families through a series of events around the country.
Several events took place across Worcestershire and include parades in Droitwich, Evesham and Malvern.
Chairman of Worcestershire County Council, Councillor Gordon Yarranton, said: "Armed Forces Day is a very worthy cause. Its extremely important to the county because of the history attached to Worcestershire."
