A POPULAR activity centre near Droitwich Spa is set to offer outdoor fun for youngsters this summer.
Upton Warren Outdoor Education Centre is launching a series of courses for young people aged between eight and 15.
Over a six week block, the courses will offer the opportunity for children to try out a new activity or brush up on their water skills. They can choose from a wide range of activities on both land and water, which could be as diverse as canoeing and sailing to multi activity adventure courses.
The activities will run from July 25 – August 30, between 9.30am and 4pm from Mondays to Fridays. The cost is variable dependent upon the activity.
Worcestershire County Council's operations manager for Upton Warren Outdoor Education Centre, Alastair Hodgson, said: "Summer is always a great family time, especially for getting out and about and exploring the great outdoors. These courses are a great opportunity for young people to either try something new or further develop existing skills."
All sessions are dependent on numbers so advance booking is essential.
