Worcestershire Young Poet Laureate final postponed

WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has taken the decision to postpone tonight's final of Worcestershire Young Poet Laureate competition due to be held at Pershore No. 8 from 7.30pm.

A total of 14 of the 15 finalists live in the north of the county and the council is aware of concerns from parents and teachers about the weather forecast for tonight.

The council has apologised for the inconvenience and will be re-arranging the event in the spring.
