A MAN appeared in court this morning charged with murdering Adrian Locke.

Micah Golding, aged 21 and of Cross Farm Road, Harbourne, Birmingham, was charged with Mr Locke’s murder and appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.

He was arrested in Birmingham on Sunday and held in custody at Worcester Police Station for questioning by detectives.

Last night he was charged with murder and also two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, heroin and crack cocaine, from 42a Teme Road in Worcester between December 1, 2012 and January 3, 2013.

He was remanded in custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court tomorrow morning.

Mr Locke, 39, of Wych Road, Droitwich, was found by paramedics with stab wounds outside 42a Teme Road, Worcester, at around 7.20pm on Wednesday, January 2. Despite their efforts, Mr Locke was confirmed dead at the scene by a doctor a short while later.
