RESIDENTS and businesses in Droitwich Spa are being given a chance to discuss any issues or concerns with councillors.

Wychavon District Council is now holding another round of its ‘Connecting with Communities’ events, with Droitwich Spa West and Bowbrook being the centre of attention.

The events see residents and businesses visited by their local councillors and council officers in order to find out what the big issues are. By getting a better understanding of their wards, councillors, along with the council, are able to work with the same residents and businesses in order to find solutions and provide the best services and advice.

Councillor Lynne Duffy and Councillor Peter Pinfield visited Aldi in the Droitwich Spa west ward and the Costcutter store on the Westlands estate today.

Bowbrook councillor Margaret Rowley will meet businesses in her ward on January 16, 2013.
