SIR – It was with disgust we read the letter complaining about one of the drivers on the Astons 417 route (Worcester News , July 20).
We use this service quite regularly and must say how respectful and polite we find the driver.
He always waits for us to sit down before pulling away, he always greets us with a smile and a cheery greeting, he is always turned out spotless and he is very helpful with any enquiries we may have.
We always feel confident and safe on the bus with him, plus the others drivers as well. Well done, Astons, for employing such a lovely driver.
Keep up the good work, we’re all behind you. From grateful passengers.
