SIR – Due to the barmy human rights laws introduced by the previous Labour government, two foreign criminals are being allowed to stay in Britain as their “right to family life”
would be breached.
An immigrant is suing for £11 million for making him unhappy after he and his family were ordered to leave.
This is a mockery.
Unwanted and undesirable criminals who come here from abroad and commit crimes should have no right to be allowed to stay here and should be deported.
This will not stop them from having a family life as such, it just means they must have it in the country of their birth.
