SIR – I can bear it no more.
You seem to be under the impression that I and the rest of your readership are close personal friends of George Cowley and as such read your newspaper in order to receive daily updates on the gentleman’s health, personal life and the mundane details of his day to day living.
Now that I have brought this oversight to your attention I hope you will see sense and desist in printing his irrelevant letters regarding his well-being and record collection.
If you will not then in the interest of equal opportunities please tell all of Worcester that I had pizza for tea last night and watched a dvd. And today I’m at work. And probably will be tomorrow – just so you know.
Heather Mitchell,
Worcester.
