APRIL 23 came and went... St George's Day - the English day.
Imagine my surprise that on this day our council office's flag pole in Droitwich sported the Union flag.
Does the town council not want to be English on our one day, or haven't they got an English flag? Any wonder the children of today don't know or care about our patron saint's day, but appear to know the other saints' days in our union.'
