Bishop Wood Centre, near Stourport will be holding a Digital Photography for Beginners course this August. So whether you're looking to get some great holiday snaps or have a special occasion coming up that you just don’t want to miss any memory. This is the course for you.
The one day course will help attendees get to grips with their camera, and introduce the basics of photography and how to improve photographic skills.
All you need is a digital camera, and the course will take you through how to get the most out of it, by unravelling some of those settings your just not sure of.
Gill Frankling, Centre Manger said: "This is one of a number of photography courses being offered at Bishops Wood. Our courses range from half day, one day or two days, in length, making them easily accessible to most people. The aim is to introduce people to new activities or hobbies they have an interest in, or expand their current knowledge."
The course will run on Saturday 25th August from 10am until 4pm and costs £50, with lunch and refreshments provided. Pre booking is essential.
For more information or to book telephone the Centre on 01299 250513 or email email@example.com. Further information can be found on their website www.bishopswoodcentre.org.uk
Notes to Editor: -
Bishops Wood is recognised nationally for its work in environmental and sustainability education. Bishops Wood is a unique centre set in the heart of a 70 acre site, which includes ancient
woodland, meadows and other habitats. Bishops Wood aims to increase people's understanding of sustainable development through education, partnerships, and demonstrating best practice.
We are developing a range of workshops which embrace many traditional skills, such as greenwood working, and working with willow.
We would also like to hear from anyone who has any suggestions for workshops they would like to see delivered.
Please contact Gill Frankling, Centre Co-ordinator or Karen Burrows at Bishops Wood either by phone on 01299 250513 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org
