TRAIN services between Barnt Green and Longbridge face delays or cancellations after a deer was hit on the tracks.
The incident took place at Barnt Green station at around 11.45am today (Thursday, May 18).
A safety inspection has been carried out but rail users are being warned of alterations to services as a result of the delay.
A London Midland statement read: "Cancellations to services between Barnt Green and Longbridge due to a train hitting an obstruction on the line between Barnt Green and Longbridge.
"Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 15 minutes."
Disruption is expected until 1.45pm.
